“After a terrible experience with Liberty Mutual, it was time for me to locate a new insurance agent for both my home and auto.
A friend recommended Lovely Agency and I stopped one morning with my insurance coverage printouts from Liberty.
The people here were, so friendly. The looked up what they would have charged to insure my old vehicle before it was totaled by the other driver. It turns out they would have insured me with better coverage for about $200 less. My brand new car with better coverage cost about $100 more than my 2005 was costing with Liberty Mutual. This is pretty impressive considering I was also supposedly getting a corporate discount through my company on my Liberty plan. My home owners with better coverage came out to about $200 less as well, but they suggested that it be moved when my policy was up for renewal.
The agent pro-actively emailed me about a month before and asked for some information she needed to make the switch over for me. She also called to confirm everything was switched over.
In addition, I received a hand written thank you card for my business just a few weeks later.
This experience is starkly different than the service I received from Liberty Mutual. I needed to call multiple times to get a response to any of my requests. In some case they never returned my calls at all.
