Many seniors can better their financial affairs when they know about the many solutions available beyond what they are told by their stockbrokers, financial planners, and lawyers.

Marcus Papajohn CFS, CSA, handles the financial and retirement programs for the Lovely Insurance Agency. He is a well known financial educator in the Boston area.

He has developed a specialty in advising retirees and those about to retire who want to protect their principal and insure that their money lasts.

His retirement presentations have been widely attended by retirees of IBM, GE and State Street. He received his first shares of stock at the age of eight, and has studied financial planning ever since.

Marcus has assisted over 500 seniors to lower their taxes. He is a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and is one of only 7000 people in the country to have completed a 17-part program on the study of senior retirement issues.

He has published his book "Securing Your Wealth" ( a complete guide to retirement investing).

He has also published articles on investing for The Foxboro Reporter, the Great Island Gazette, and the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association’s monthly newsletter. In addition, he has been seen on WCAA television as the host of “Money in Motion,” a six-part educational series on retirement investing.

He and his wife Sarah live in the South Shore area. Marcus’ hobby is spending time on the golf course trying to reduce his handicap.
